TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits and Payments –
A credit card or direct bank payment deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The booking manager will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on check in.
A 2% merchant fee is charged for VISA and MASTERCARD credit card transaction.
All monies are held in a fully audited Trust Account.
The number of guests staying in each individual property is not to exceed the number booked.
Changes and Cancellations –
All cancellations incur a $50 administration fee. If a cancellation is within [30] days of arrival the deposit is forfeited. Alterations after arrival do not qualify for any refund.
Guests arriving outside these times must contact during business hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the booking manager for confirmation.
A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the property on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
Breakages and Damages –
BREAKAGES/DAMAGES – Credit Card details are held by us for security purposes. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your Credit Card if necessary. Charges will be imposed if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition, eg:
- Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher
- Rubbish not removed from the accommodation and disposed of in the outside bins
- Soiled or stained bed covers, rugs, upholstery etc.
- Lost or damaged remote controls
- Misplaced keys
- Your Tariff is inclusive of a standard clean.
- Any breakages or damage to the accommodation, its fittings or facilities will be charged to the Guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%
Rates are up to two people and a charge of $25.00 applies for an extra person per night up to the maximum guests stated for each property. There is no charge under 2 years of age.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged for an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm.
The management reserves the right to vary all or any rates or charges without notice.
All properties are non smoking and a cleaning/deodorising fee will incur if there is evidence of smoking.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
• Not be the person named on the booking request
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
• Not be able to pay for any charges
• May cause damage to the property
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
We reserve the right to eject guests from the property who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing neighbours; using unacceptable language. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. |
